Introduction
MedsEngine, LLC (“MedsEngine”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) is a software development company that specializes in Saas Clinical Decision Support Solutions.
Personal information means any data relating to an individual who can be identified, directly or indirectly, based on that information. This may include information such as names, contact details, (online) identification data, online identifiers or other characteristics specific to that individual.
We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. We recognize that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and so we will from time to time update this Privacy Notice as we undertake new personal data practices or adopt new privacy policies.

What Personal Information Do We Collect

MedsEngine does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from persons under 13years of age. If MedsEngine learns that personal information of persons under13 has been collected on or through the Services, we will take appropriate steps to delete this information.
How We Collect Personal Information
We and our third-party service providers may collect personal information from the following sources:
- Direct interactions, such as when you register for our Services, make a purchase, or communicate with us, including through our web chat features.
- Data from third parties, such as information on third-party websites or other information you may have made publicly available, or information provided by third party sources, including but not limited to government entities and data resellers

Use of the MedsEngine Website
As is true of most other websites, MedsEngine’s website, collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of MedsEngine’s website, including a history of the pages you view. We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users’ needs. On occasion, MedsEngine engages third parties to send information to you, including information about our products, services, and events.
We do not otherwise reveal your personal data to non-MedsEngine persons or businesses for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) it’s in connection with MedsEngine-hosted and MedsEngine co-sponsored conferences as described above; (3) the information is provided to comply with the law (for example, compelled by law enforcement to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or others; (4) the information is provided to our agents, vendors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf; (5) to address emergencies or acts of God; or (6) to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf. We may also gather aggregated data about our services and website visitors and disclose the results of such aggregated (but not personally identifiable) information to our partners, service providers, advertisers, and/or other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
The MedsEngine website may connect with third party services such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others. If you choose to share information from the MedsEngine website through these services, you should review the privacy policy of that service. If you are a member of a third-party service, the connections may allow that service to connect your visit to our site to your personal data.
Data storage and retention
Your personal data is stored by the MedsEngine on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services the MedsEngine engages, located in the United States. MedsEngine retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with MedsEngine and for a period thereafter, to analyze the data for MedsEngine’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with MedsEngine’s services. MedsEngine retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from MedsEngine systems. All personal data that MedsEngine controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We have put in place an internal framework of policies and minimum standards across all our businesses to keep your data safe. In addition, we limit access to personal information by our employees, business partners, service providers and third-party service providers to a ‘need-to-know’ basis. More specifically and in accordance with the law, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures (policies and procedures, IT security and others) to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information and the way it is processed.

MedsEngine controls and operates the Site from the U.S. Our Privacy Policy and practices are governed by the laws of the U.S., which may differ from privacy laws in your state or home country. By using this Site, you consent to any transfer of information outside of your country of business or residence. Regardless of where your personal information is transferred, stored, and/or processed, we will take steps to protect your information in accordance with all applicable laws and this Privacy Policy.

- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that MedsEngine correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request MedsEngine to complete information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request that MedsEngine erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that MedsEngine restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to MedsEngine’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
